Shipping and Return Policy Notes
  • Returns available 30 days after the shipment receipt has been processed

  • Exchanges available 15 days after the shipment receipt has been processed

  • Customers are allowed either a refund or a store credit

  • ( Item condition: Must be in new condition, unworn with no damages)

  • Steps for returning or exchanges items include:

  • All fees due to return or exchange will not be refunded

  • Refunds will only be issued to customers who comply within the 15 or 30 day exchange and return policies.

Privacy Policy Notes:

  • All customer information will only be used for the use and completion of online orders. Customer information will remain confidential and will never be sold or exchanged. 

  • BZzz Boys Apparel's Policies will be updated annually in order to remain in compliance with any new policies or restrictions.

Note: I am also wanting customers to be able to generate a return label on site, and able to conveniently use tracking. I am very unaware of how to set up these advantages functionally on the site. I hope that I am sending the information that you need to move forward. If my notes are not in compliance, clear enough, or do not cover enough ground to protect my business, I have added some Return examples below. Please let me know if there is anything else that I need to do.

 

Return Policy

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

1. You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.

3. After you have already returned items from an order but would like to make additional returns for additional items, you must do so within 45 days of the purchase date. There are two ways:

① you can use the shipping label we provided and pay a shipping fee , which will be deducted from your refund.

② you can use your own shipping method and at your own cost.

How do I make a return?

1. Sign into your BZzz account.

2. Find the order in My Orders, click the "Return Item" button.

3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.

4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.

5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

 

NOTE: If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure it's postmarked no later than 45 days from the purchase date. (See "Important Notice" section for details)

How do I find the return label I generated?

Find the returned order in “My Orders” → Click “Order Details” → Click “Return & Refund Record” in the top right corner → Click “View” to download.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.

Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

Important Notice:

Please make sure you don't include non- BZzz items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your SHEIN Wallet or the original payment account, as per your request.

NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was first placed.

Shipping & Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (M-F) of purchase. When your order ships, we will contact you with a shipping confirmation and tracking information. Tracking information is also accessible through your account, under My Orders.

International orders may be subject to custom fees.

Exchanges

 

 

Exchange orders must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days, or pay for the exchange voucher in full. Final sale items may be exchanged for the same style, different size while stock lasts

 

Make sure to ship back your entire set in its new, unworn condition* within 30 days of delivery. Sets received 30 days after delivery, or incomplete sets will not be accepted.

Complete your exchange & return form available under My Orders.

Repack items in their original packaging and seal the box securely with tape. If your poly-mailer is not reusable, simply send your items in the Adore Me box.

Please print your pre-paid Return Label and affix to your original package. You must cover or remove any original shipping information. If not, your package might be lost or rejected by the warehouse.

Schedule a pickup, give the package to your mailman, drop it in your mailbox, at work or at a post office without waiting in line. Please do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays. Allow 30 days for us to process your request upon receipt.

Note: BZzz does not offer any tracking services on labels.
